Braised Bean Curd with Vegetables

Ingredients

Firm bean curd/Firm tofu 600 g / 克 [cubed]
Broccoli 150 g / 克 [cut into small florets]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced]


Marinade

Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升


Directions
  1. Deep-fry bean curd in hot oil until golden yellow.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli and carrot in 2 tbsp oil.  Add bean curd and sauce mix.  Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
