Beef fillet/tenderloin 250 g / 克 [shredded]
Button Mushroom (s) 6 pcs [canned, sliced]
Onion(s) 1/4 pc [shredded]
Cooked rice [Hot, for serving]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 2 tsp / 茶匙
White wine 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Black pepper to taste
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升
Sour cream 2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry beef, button mushrooms and onion in 2 tbsp oil/butter until done. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Serve with hot rice.
