Beef Patties with Cheese

Ingredients

Minced beef 200 g / 克
Cheese 50 g / 克 [chedder, grated]
Bread 1 slice [torn into small pieces]
Egg (s) 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs [for coating]
Fresh vegetable salad [for serving]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Italian mixed herbs 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Add seasoning mix to minced beef, cheese and bread. Add 1 egg and mix well. Divide minced beef into 12 portions. Beat the other egg and set aside.
  2. Shape minced beef into 12 small patties. Coat patties with beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Pan-fry patties on low heat until golden yellow and done. Serve with vegetable salad.
