Baked Stuffed Spicy Mussels

Mussel (s) 12 pcs [with shells]
Shrimp(s) 90 g / 克 [meat, diced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pcs [diced]
Dried basil 1 tbsp / 湯匙 [chopped]
Cheese 75 g / 克 [Cheddar, grated]
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp / 湯匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Plain flour 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Remove mussel meat from shells and dice. Mix mussel, shrimp and bell peppern with marinade. Divide the filling into 12 portions and stuff back on mussel shells.
  2. Mix basil with cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of mussel meat mixture.
  3. Bake at 220C/425F preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden yellow and done.
