Carrot & cucumber 120 g / 克shredded
Chicken breast meat 75 g / 克 [roasted, shredded]
Agar-agar 20 g / 克sectioned


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
White Vinegar 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Wasabi 2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Soak agar agar in drinking water until soft. Drain.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on a deep bowl and chill. Mix well with dressing before serving.
