Stuffed Japanese Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Fried Japanese bean curd 10 pcs [triangular, about 1 packet]
Ham 10 slices [cut into bean curd shape]
Cucumber 10 slices [cut into bean curd shape]
Bell pepper (s) 10 slices [cut into bean curd shape]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Cut a slit in each of the fried Japanese bean curd. Stuff with ham, cucumber and bell pepper.
  2. Pan-fry bean curd in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
