Tips Bursting with a rich flavor and smooth texture, Lee Lum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce is a perfect choice for preparing dishes such as abalone, sea cucumber, goose webs and Chinese mushrooms. It brings out the distinctive flavor of the premium ingredients, enhances their texture and gives them an appetizing look. There are many types of canned abalone available in the market. The Japanese and Mexican ones are of superior quality, but relatively expensive. Those from Australia are tasty and firm in texture. Whereas those from New Zealand are more tender, but look a bit yellowish.
