Premium Vegetarian Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

Asparagus 120 g / 克 [diced finely]
Carrot (s) 90 g / 克 [diced finely]
Button Mushroom (s) 90 g / 克 [canned, diced finely]
Pine Nuts 25 g / 克
Iceberg lettuce [for serving]


Marinade

Premium Soy Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil on low heat until golden yellow.  Take out and set aside.
  2. Use remaining oil to stir-fry asparagus and carrot.  Stir in button mushrooms, sauce mix and heat through.  Turn off heat.  Stir in pine nuts.  Wrap filling with lettuce leaves and serve.
