Okra with Oyster Sauce

Okra 200 g / 克
Pressed bean curd 50 g / 克 [shredded]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Shredded red chili
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Cook okra in boiling water until tender.  Add shredded pressed bean curd and cook until tender.  Drain.  Stir in seasoning mix and serve.

    Note : Can replace okra with bean sprouts or other vegetables.
