Fried Duck with Mixed Herb in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Duck meat 350 g / 克 [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [diced]
Egg (s) 1 pc [beaten]
Plain flour 1/2 cup / 杯for dusting


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
White Pepper to taste
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Chopped dried oregano 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 8 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Brush duck meat with beaten egg and then coat with flour. Pan-fry or deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil for a short while. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over duck meat.
